For these pictures, I had my ISO at 3200, my aperture completely open, and my shutter speed at 1/30. All of the lights were off except for the holiday lights and it was 11 pm, so it was completely dark.

Taking Awesome Pictures With Your Christmas Tree
I found an image on pinterest that was just GORGEOUS. Lights glowing from the Christmas tree creating a silhouette of the children. You can go here to see the original blog posting. However, I will share my pictures with you.
